I have a 89 honda civic. Yesterday I was replacing the tweeters when the car bogged down and died. I noticed that it was on empty so I put a gallon of gas in it and tried to start it and it won't start. Ove tried to start it many times to no avail. It does turn over. Do you think the fuel pump went out or is there maybe some hidden relays or fuses for the fuel pump?
