A few months ago I went for 3 days unable to eat and only keep fluids down. I had severe stomach cramps a nausea when ever I tried to eat . I figured it was food poisoning because it went away . Well its back it is day five now I have had a few bites of a sandwich yesterday which caused wrenching and severe stomach pain and the day before that Ihad three small bites of cheese other than that I have just had fluids . I have not thrown up close but was able to keep it down did have loose watery stool once . I haven't gone to the doc yet due to the fact it cost a fortune and insurance doesn't cover very much. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it may be .

I believe I have already answered you, although it is not showing. My advice is, go to the hospital if you are in this much discomfort. Food poisoning does not go away, it just causes more deadly complications.
