    How far back does a company go when doing backround checks?
    I have a felony from over 10 years ago... Will it show up?

    They can pay for different numbers of years; the more years the higher the cost.
    They might want felonies going back forever.
    The application doesn't specify number of years? Just says 'Have you ever been convicted of a crime?' Then there's no point in lying.
