    Denied I-485
I have received a letter from the USCIS denying my I -485 app. For adjustment of status as per 212(a)(6)(C)(I). I came to the US 11 years ago with a J-1 visa, and then obtained Asylee status. Subsequently I applied I -485 through marriage with US citizen, which was just denied due to fraud and willful misrepresentation during asylum proceedings. Can I now apply for a waiver of inadmissibility or is now too late because my I 485 has been already denied?
