    Really stressed
So I play softball and am on Varsity Cheer for my high school. My games and my cheer practices are on the same day. My dad is the coach of softball team and won't let me quit. But everyone on cheer hates me because I can never come to practice. I get panic attacks because I am so stressed about missing. How can I convinve my parents to let me quit?

Honestly, I think you should sit down and talk with him. You used to enjoy softball, but now you'd rather cheer, and don't feel like you can split your time to do both. Maybe you can come to an agreement. Maybe you can try cheering full time, and if it isn't really what you like, you can go back to softball. Your dad might be angry at first, but I think after a while he will understand. Hopefully *fingers crossed* it will help if you talk to him. Good luck :)
