Have the tire rod ends been checked... specifically the inner tie rod ends?

Have the wheels been checked... like for being bent out of balance or even out of round?

Who checked the brakes? Those are prime symptoms of warped rotors.

You have a lateral runout (LRO) problem, where the axis of the spindle and axis of the rotor are off. This can be corrected with a ProCut machine. Alternatively, replace the rotors and brake pads (ceramic only). Get yourself a new brake mechanic.
