    Half my power is out
    Hi. My light just flickered in my bathroom and now all the lights in my apartment won't turn on not even my fridge, but my outlets work all but one. How can I fix it? I tried the main breaker already.

    I'm sorry. It's the only safe and legal answer.
    If she goes on vaca then she must have someone to handle trouble calls. That is part of being a landlord.
