1992 240 SX, 278,000 miles on original engine. Had spark plugs,distributor cap, fuel filter, and plugs replaced and something about the (1)injection I think that's what it is called. I think there are 4 or more of them on the opposite side of the sparks plugs. When the mechanic pulled the plug you could tell it needed replaced.Before I had all this done the engine was running rough and I was staling our everywhere. Runs allot better now but stales out when starting then I have to give it more gas, or if I turn sharply and quickly

I would have the Idle Air Control Valve tested and either cleaned or replaced as necessary. Regardless, more diagnosis is needed to determine exactly what needs to be done next.
