I went off the pill in February. I've had 3 regular periods since then and my last one came a week early. I had unprotected sex about 4 weeks ago and am a week late. I'm wondering if I may be pregnant or if my body could be adjusting to going off the pill?

If you've had three periods since going off the pill, all regular, then it's unlikely that your body is choosing now to adjust to going off the pill. In other words, I don't think it's due to going off the pill.

A week late may seem like a huge deal, but it's actually not really that late. Wait until you're at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative it may be too early to test, so wait until your next period is due, and if that's missed as well, test again or get a blood test.
