    Mother Denying Father Visitation
    My ex-wife moved out of state, MN to NC. I have tried though many means to communicate, try to set up a visitation schedule, all to be blocked and never answered. This has been going on for two years.

    GO to family court and have them legally established... don't leave it up to her... if the court orders it... they can legally enforce it and find her in contempt if she refuses...

    If you already have... why haven't you gone to the Family court yet to do something.
