Volvo 2006 S60 Passenger Blinker Problem
We have a 2006 Volvo and all of a sudden the passenger blinker stopped working. I checked the fuse and that's fine. I then noticed that the blinker will work when I pull back the high beam. The driver side blinker works fine and so do all the other lights. Any suggestions as to what this problem may be?

Replace the bulb on the passenger side.

I did replace the bulb. The dealer said it is probably the blinker switch or a loose wire possibly.

If you decide to replace the Combination Switch, be sure to disconnect the negative battery cable first.

Thanks, I'm just going to take it in and have it done. Better to pay someone who knows what they are doing. :)

If not the Combination Switch, a bad ground can present this symptom.

Try your 4 way flashers and walk around vehicle and see if any bulbs are out, if not a fuse, Could be the combination switch, as mentioned.
    I'm thinking Fuse.
When I was about 12,(in the 60's), we had an old ford, and if I pressed on the brake pedal, and moved the signal lever down just a little, I could listen to the radio in our car without the keys.
Wasn't till years later I determined the Radio, and the turn signals were on ignition circuit, and the flashers and brakes are always live, the combination switch(signal head, we use to call them) has the Brakes and hazzard, as well as the turn signals, which made listening to the radio without keys possible?
