I have two watercolors with a signature that I cannot read. Who is this artist?

SEFAD and ACCO are probably the two cities in northern Israel, spelled many different ways (usually SAFED and ACRE or AKKA).
I don't think your artist is Israeli, however. I don't see him or her on any lists. Try phone directories local to you.

Thanks for your quick try and reply. The reason I think he is Israeli is due to his spelling of the word SEFAD. The actual pronunciation of the Hebrew name is TZEFAT

You know more than I - I just didn't find him (or her) on two lists of Israeli artists, but that doesn't mean a lot. What about the spelling ACCO?

I do think that the scenes do look like they were painted to be sold in an outdoor art fair. Quick but expertly done.
