    Outside condenser fan and compressor will not come on
    The ac unit was installed last July,it worked great when we really needed it.However this year when I turned on the thermostat the condenser would not come on.I checked the power from the thermostat to the contacters and noted that the contacters were engaged as they are supposed to be.I tested both the contacters and the capacitor and both tested good.

    Are you getting 240 volts ac to & through the contactor?
