I want to ask a question please answer me..
I got married before 3 months.. me and my husband has clashes.. even my husband beaten me to the extent that I had fracture.. when I told at home my family reported at police station and he was jailed.. after that he came outside on bail and my family pressurized him for divorce.. he was not willing.. he was trying for reconciliation.. but he was threatened that he will be improsoned again if he not signs the paper.. he then to save himself from jail signed divorce papers but not uttered words of talaq.. now I want to ask is this divorce valid or not.. bcoz I have read that if man is pressurized for divorce then that is not valid.. plz help me by answering this question... thanks

Divorce is valid if he signed it. But more importantly he did not have right to beat you or abuse you verbally or physically. That act of beating is enough to file divorce, it's gives you right according to islam. So you don't have to worry. The divorce is valid.
