Do I need to wait for new I-797A form
    Hello guys,

I am a h1b visa holder and I got married a month ago with my wife who is an American citizen. After we got married I had an offer from other employer and I am in H1b visa transfer process. Do I need to wait for new I-797A form ( Approval Notice ) for the new employer in order to start green card application through marriage or I can initiate this process regardless ?
