    Here is some information that should help you. I don't know how long it has been since you had contact with your husband, but you may be able to get a divorce granted, without the requirement of your husband's signature, if you file for abandonment.

    But, as the always wise talaniman states, contact a lawyer in your area. Speak to co-workers, neighbors, family, friends... to see if someone has a recommendation for a good attorney. Good Luck!
