I'm not that too dark skinned, but I want my skin whiter. Because its hard to pair neon colors to dark skin.

I saw a show on TV about all the girls in China having horrible surgery to be taller. It's insane. You really, really, don't want white skin. It comes with plenty of problems, because it's so sensitive to the sun and dust and dirt and so on. I have fair features and my face has tiny red blood vessels on it, and I have lots of moles, some since birth and some are a reaction to the sun. You are being really silly about matching neon colors. Your skin looks great with plenty of colors and you know it.

That was just an example of what people around the world think is some silly ideal 'look.'
My brother's kids are half Philippino. As I said my nieces are all gorgeous. Some are darker than others I think - I don't really notice. You could be deep purple with pink hair and be beautiful. BE beautiful, think it. Tell us why you have such a low opinion of yourself.

There is no safe way to lighten your skin,

The myth and desire for light skin is dangerous. So you need just to match clothes to what looks good for you.

Here in China, it is hard to even find skin lotion that does not have a lightener in it, I ended up with spotting on my arms before I found out what was happening. ** I did not read chinese

Some of these products can work, but the chemicals are dangerous and can make skin spotted, color uneven or worst

I totally agree with "joypulv ", why you are looking for white skin. White skin comes with lots of problems.

And you only want to change your skin to wear neon color.. come on man there are plenty of colors available than neon which will suits on you. Why not you are trying them.
