A Movie Title that's slipped my mind
I seen this movie about 15 years ago but I know its older then that all I remember is that it's a boy runaway & a man I believe is a cop is chaseing him through out the movie. The only scene I remember is the man catches him they go to a hotel and he handcuffs him to the bed so he can't escape. The boy then sets the trash on fire to try to escape. The only other things I remember is at one point is eating at a fancy restaurant & the man see's him from out side and at one point he's in an arcade. Also the boy has blonde hair if that helps. Please if you have any clue let me Know it's been killing me for years.
