What's this mean.. Matter be deemed resolved for statistical purposes
Then it said plaintiffs motion for contempt dismissed without prejudice and the third line says that all prior orders of this court that are not inconsistent with this order remain in full force

Someone (plaintiff) filed a motion with the courts for contempt. If it was against you and they didn't show or it was heard before the judge and they lost the argument then the matter was dismissed by the courts. Contempt was not proven at that time. The rest means that this ruling doesn't change or modify any other orders from the court that are currently in affect.

OK. So you asked that he be held in contempt of court for failure to pay child support.

The contempt motion was dismissed. "Without prejudice" means that you can re-open it and again ask for contempt based upon the same facts.

The third line means that he still owes the same amount of child support as he did before.

The phrase "resolved for statistical purposes means that the court can tell the legislature, and anybody else, that the court is doing it's job, having resollved (taken care of ) 45.3 % (or whatever) of all matters brought before it.

He may want his child support lowered, but it isn't going to happen unless he asks again.
