    See this web site. You may be able to find your fan by model name. If not call Home Depot Customer Service at 1-877-527-0313.

    Go to Home Depot, ask them to run that sku # and see if it is a current model. If so, you should be able to get a manual through them.

    Sorry I forgot to post web site. I found a web site that listed a lot manuals for Hampton Bay fans. However, they were listed by name and not model number. I downloaded each looking for model number. Didn't find yours.

    I then forgot to give link to site. Be glad I did. I picked up the infolinks virus. Took me two hours to get rid of it

    Do a Brian said. Go to Home Depot, find same model and get sku #.
    Then call the number provided for customer service.
