    Infected cartilage piercing?
I just got my cartilage pierced four days ago and it's red and still painful to touch. I have been cleaning it 2-3x with a solution they gave me and have tried using an ice cube against my ear for the pain. Is it infected? I have Nother cartilage piercing and don't think I had any problems with it when I had it done a few years ago. How should I treat this? Thanks!

Stop using the solution they gave you and start using warm salt water to bath it; use a clean cloth each time.
