    He fell asleep on me does that mean I bored him?
    We are friends and he messaged me in the morning saying he fell asleep because he was busy and since then he didn't text me for 2 weeks

    Tired people fall asleep. Busy people don't text. Is he bored with you? Don't know any more than you do. Only he knows what he's thinking or feeling, so your best bet, if you want an answer, is to ask him.
