I have a water well and it has standing water around the concrete casing. Its not due to rain trust me. Its been there and its getting worse. Can anyone give me an idea of what could be causing this?

If it's not rain or poor drainage, it must be a leak. Submersible with a pitless adapter or an above ground pump?
