    Sandy stools
My 20 month old daughter usually has normal BM's but yesterday one of her diapers was full of a greenish brownish sandy textured poop that was really hard to wipe off it even caused her to have rash. Today she had another bm but this time it had just a little bit of a sandy texture to it. Is this normal or something that I need to take her to see a Dr. about I'm really concerned I've never encountered this before. Please help thanks!

If I had a "greenish brownish sandy textured poop that was really hard to wipe off" and "it even caused [me] to have rash" and I had the same type of bowel movement today, I'd call the Doctor to get his opinion.

If my child had this same problem I'd be on the phone right now.

I wouldn't take a chance - it could be an allergy, something else - but what if it happens again and it's far more serious? Or what if it's serious now?
