    It depends. Are you still having periods even if they are months apart?

    Due to the unpredictability of the menstrual cycle during menopause, you can become pregnant without realizing it even if you haven't had a period for long periods.

    If you think you might be pregnant, consult your doctor. If it isn't pregnancy, then there might be something else wrong.
