    Tendinitis
I have been diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis as well as post- tibia tendinitis during my track season a few months ago. It was persistent and came on very suddenly at first. I felt a sharp pain about four or five inches above my heel while warming up for a race. This started it all. My pain is mostly in the heel and went away for a month and now has returned, as well as pain at the sight of the original pain. I feel pulling occasionally. Could I have partially torn my Achilles months ago. I am only 17.

This is something that your doctor will need to diagnose. It's impossible to diagnose online, especially when it's something that would require an x-ray or ultrasound in order to determine.
