Idrv vaccination

I was bitten by my dog last month . I consulted a doctor and he suggested me to take idrv . I took the first three vaccinations . My dog is still alive and healthy . Today is the date for the 4th dose . Shall I take that also ? Is there any problem if I avoid it ? I am confused |
