    Delayed menstruation for almost four months!
    I am afraid because my menstration was delayed for four months I am an irregular... but it's already four months.iam afraid because I am thinking why this happen please.help me find ways to get my mnstration back

    Here's how: You call your doctor's office and make an appointment. If you have no doctor, go to a walk-in clinic or Planned Parenthood office. No one here can tell you what is going on inside you.
