    Price per square ft for painting walls with sprayer
    I have a 1500sq ft of textured walls 10 ft high drop ceiling in a commercial building. Little to no prep on walls. Floors do not need to be covered. Paint that I'm using will be eggshell, and will be applied with sprayer. So here's my question. HOW MUCH PER SQ FOOT SHOULD I CHARGE FOR ONE COAT?

    What do materials cost, what will labor cost, how much profit do you want? Divide sq.footage into that. If everything costs $3000/1500 =$2 sq ft.

    This time plus material plus 10% of total for profit.
