    I was released from prison and I'm on probation I failed my initial drug screening
    Can I be violated for failing a drug screening when I was dirty when I was released

    Yes, esp then, since that means you were using drugs in prison, a total disrepect of the law. And if you used them , there, it is almost for sure, you would use them on the street.

    My guess is you will be violated,and it will be up to the judge to decide if you go back to prison or not
