Reset code for dishwasher touch pad?
I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher and the normal wash button will not light up, nor will any other wash cycle button. Some others do, such as the cancel/drain button.
I've heard you can reset the touch pad and I have seen explanations for a different DW, but not mine. Although, I did try that suggestion, it didn't work. Can someone help me with this?
It takes forever to get a repairman out here plus a week or more for parts, and only after the parts have arrived can I call to schedule a return visit. I don't want to wait 3-4 weeks.
    Thanks...

We have a Kenmore 665.16764000 dishwasher and the Quick Rinse light either remains illuminated, or it flashes. We have unplugged it overnight, tried to start the diagnostic mode on it, etc. but nothing seems to work. From what I have found here and elsewhere the likely culprits are the touch pad...
