Am I entitled to my biological father's estate
My mother married my biological father but he then abandoned my mother and me when I was a baby leaving NZ for Australia. He has never paid any child support or money in general to my mother or myself. My mother remarried when I was about 10yrs old but I was never adopted. Do I have any rights to claim any money from my biological father as far as inheritance... etc. Thanks!

We need to know when he died and if he had a will.
Also did he remarry, is that wife alive, did he have other children?

You may have a claim if your father is listed as your legal father AND he dies with no will. If he leaves a will you are only entitled to what he bequeaths you in the will.

If he died in Austraila, a good place to start would be here.
