Miss him so much. What should I do?
I wonder if we gay men are just used by straight men who accept our strong feelings for them and they give us back a lot of attention just to achieve their goals. A straight guy was flirting with me for 02 months insisting that he is straight and that there will be never sex between us. I loved his attention, calling me every day, telling me that he admires me in all aspects, loves me a platonic love and then after 2 months he needed a place to stay and he asked me to move in. Big mistake, I said yes.

The nightmare began when I had him so close and so unavailable at the same time. He was allowing me to play with his hair, beard, legs, asked me for a massage naked etc. 3 weeks later I could not think any more, could not eat blinded by love, so I asked him to leave and gave him his rent back as he asked for it.

A month later I am still miserable, miss him so much. What should I do?

Oh please, gay or straight or in between, people use people and people allow themselves to be used millions of times a day all over the world. But how did he take advantage if he paid rent? You walked into this eyes wide open. He made it clear from the start that he is straight only. You HOPED he was lying or unsure or would change just for you.

As Joy said - OH PLEASE!

You knew what you were getting into. You knew that situation was frought with danger. But you took the risk anyway.

Gay men falling in love with straight men is stupid. Trust me, been there and done that. Now you need to move on. Fill your time with activities, go out with friends, exercise and by all means smile.

I've been through this and survived. You will as well. But don't spend time dwelling on it because that will do you no good.

'Gay men falling in love with straight men is stupid.'

There, you heard it from someone who has been there. Notice that he has far more greenies ('reputation' helpfuls) than posts. That says a lot!

LOL, why did you cross the boundaries of platonic room mates, and friends. Come on you knew he was straight but you tried for more any way, and were rejected. Nothing to do with sexual identity, but personal wants.

That why you go back to life without him before your hopes for love were dashed. Learn how to handle your rejection better and make better choice in the future. Like don't be lead on so easily. Naked massage? What a tease.

My boyfriend and I broke up about a month ago now. We talk everyday whether it is online or through text. We do not talk on the phone but even while dating we didn't. He is just not a phone person. Well when we broke up it was all his choice. He said that there were things about me that he...

What would cause my 99 Taurus to miss, and then run great, miss etc etc? [ 4 Answers ]

It will idle up to about 2000 rpm, runs fine, starts coming down, running good, drop to 700/800 rpm, starts spuddering, does not kill. And I am hearing a loud hiss, like there is a vacume leak, somewhere between the engine and the fire wall.
