    My wife inherited a Business from her aunt want to move out of state but want my son
    I am in a lesbian relationship with my wife in new York state me and my ex husband share joint custody I have residence for my son. My wife is inheriting all assests and business I want to take my son to Florida. It would be a better comuntity better schooling and me and my wife will both own the business and a Better support were her family resides. I live in the ghetto right now and it would be a way better step up. A better life for my son. My ex husband won't let me go. He is a drunk and still lives with his parents. He sees his son every other weekend and does pay his child support on time. I brought up that if I move he will see his son on holidays and summers and We can use skpe daily and that he can visit him in Florida as

    You go to Court and request permisison to move - assuming that the visitation and support are Court addressed. Did you PROVE that the father is a drunk during the visitiation hearing?

    I am also in NY - you refer to your "wife" and also your "relationship." Are you legally married?
