    Generator Help
I have a situation where a customer of mine purchased a 60KW Kohler Generator. He is wanting to hook it up to house as a portable unit. I have figured out the house part , but generator came without any OCP. I was thinking I could install a 200A feed through panel an use a flexible cord with a 200A pin an sleeve style connection to connect to transfer switch. Would this be code compliant.

Code Compliance is determined by the codes in your area...
If you are in the US then the National Electrical Code dictates what is required.
Where ever you are Overcurrent Protection at the generator would be a good idea.
Your local electrical sub code official can be a great resource... why not speak with him / her?
