I just recentley found out that I am 5weeks pregnant I was accidentally hit in the stomach yesterday, but I don't have cramps nor bleeding. Does this mean my baby is OK?

You need to ask your physician - no one here can possibly answer this question.

Chances are you're okay. The "baby" is in a safe bubble of fluid, and not actually in your stomach.

Being hit in the stomach isn't recommended during pregnancy, but if you're not cramping or bleeding, it's likely that everything is okay. But that's just a guess, which is all we can do online. If you want an actual diagnosis, you'll have to see a doctor.
