    Nonprofit exempt Organization
    Is it legal under the rules of the 501c3 that an Executive President can receive a bonus from the board, other officers, and members of the organization?

    There is nothing that says officers of the corporation can't receive bonuses. If it was paid out of the pocket of the other officers there might be some scrutiny about it.
