    Well, there are vets that might make some kind of payment plan with pet owners. Also they have a creditcard that you can apply for called Care Credit. First you will need to find a vetthat excepts it, then apply. You will find out within seconds if you are approved. If none of those options work for you you can sign your pet over to a local humane socieity. But he needs to be seen.

    I am finding a 14.9% interest rate on that particular card. Many areas also have an "Emergency Vet Care" fund for people who cannot afford to pay.

    The care credit card isn't the best way to go for health care, but if you get approved and its your only choice, its better than nothing.

    A dog that is not eating and vomiting.. large breed... could be anything really... stomach bug or much more serious like bloat.

    An exam is not that expensive and would at least let you know what is going on with your dog.
