    Shark movie
    Looking for late 70's or early 80's movie,involved a magic amulet that let a man swim with sharks, plot was finding underwater treasure,beautiful girlfriend,either Florida or Louisiana is where it took place,man died at the nod because amulet came off

This movie was set around the 1915 - 16. It was about a white pointer shark that swam up river and was attacking people. Apparently I believe it was based on a true story. I think it was in the USA it happened.
