    What type of furnace do I have?
    I am trying to set up a new thermostat and I need to figure out if my heater has a fan? I am new at doing my own repairs and clueless as I have no paperwork with the heater. Please help so I can get my heat going!

    This is a common enough problem that Northern Heat put a good explanation in the sticky at the top of this forum. Read through it and if you need more help, post back. We have helped many people new to home repairs.

    If air flows out of vents a ways from the heater, it has a fan.
