Allergies, pregnancy, something that made you sick in the past.

Its not allergies as the smell making me feel sick is something that never seemed to bother me before

Well- poisonous smells, obviously. But also, if you have mentally built up a negative association with a specific smell(E.g. In most cases, it is the last thing you ate) from when you previously got ill, and you are encountered later with that specific smell; it can cause you to become sick as well.

Allergies can come on you after many years if the allergin is comulative - by that I mean maybe a little bit of the smell over a period caused you to be sensitive.

Could you be pregnant? I always knew when I was pregnant because the smell of coffee (and I'm a heavy coffee drinker) would suddenly make me nauseous.

Pregnancy has been mentioned twice now, and yet you haven't said whether you have been sexually active.
