    Is it illegal for a 12 year old to kiss a 16 year old?
    Me and my 16 year old lover are 4 years apart and know sex is illegal for us. But is kissing and cuddling illegal? Please no judgement I look way older than I am I just need a reliable answer.

    Depends on local laws. Kissing only is usually not a problem. But it could be. And I would be very surprised if a 16 yr old accepted kissing only for too long. Doesn't matter how much older you look, its how mature you are.Does he know how old you are?

    And what do your parents think of this? Do they know you are in a relationship with a 16 yr old that you refer to as your lover?
