I switched from the merina to birth control pills. I just started my second month of pills and missed a period. I have weird twitches in my abdomen like baby kicking. Is this normal?

It would be too early for you to feel a baby kick. This doesn't happen until around the 16th week of pregnancy.

Now, since you are sexually active, there is always a chance of pregnancy since there is no form of birth control that is 100% effective.

Take a pregnancy test using first morning urine approximately 2 weeks after your period is late.
