    Reporting 401-K distributions
Do I report my 401-K annual Minimum Required Distribution on Form 1040 Line 15 or Line 16?
Also, can I use the Simplified Method to compute the taxable amount, if it gives me a lower figure than the figure reported on my Form 1099-R?
