Is it safe to use cosmetic contacts? I wear glasses and was wondering if wearing contacts would / could either make my eyesight worse or if it's okay.

Kepi,
Only an eye doctor will be able to answer this question effectively for you. Many people wear cosmetic lenses with success. That being said, the contact lenses often seen at halloween (cat eyes and such) should only be purchased from an eye doctor. Unfortunately they are able to sell those contacts online to people that have not been to a doctor. There are so many risks involved with improper care and ill fitting contact lenses, that yes you could damage your eyes if you are not working with the appropriate medical guidance.

Your doctor will also most likely have trial lenses for you to try and see if you can have success without having purchased a years supply up front.
