How to get divorced with a newspaper ad in Tn.
I want to know how I can file for a divorce running an ad in our local paper here in Tn. We separated on June 04, 2009. I don't know where he is today and haven't heard a word from him, it has been almost 4 years. We have no children together, nor property or anything. I did have but I've pretty much lost it until I could no longer pay on my storage unit, sadly!

Please help. What should I do here?

No you can't file for divorce by running an ad. You MAY be able to use an ad to serve notice of the divorce. But you have to file with Family Court.
