    Dog swallowed pork steak bone
OK so I made these pork steaks! I gave her a little bit of the meat she's spoiled my jack russel cheezwawa was given this bone also.. well I noticed that a piece on the ground was looking a little right I decided maybe this wasn't such a good idea and went to take the rest of the bone away! Well That Was A Bad Idea she nearly bit me and so I still kept attempting to take it away though she snapped at me a few times, I grabed her by the scruff of the neck and tried to get her to open her mouth to get the bone and she swolled it. It wasn't a big piece but still she could have problems.. the vet said to watch her for a few days she seems fine this is day two but I'm still scared she's not just my dog she my everything am I a bad mom?? Help?

Has she pooped? If she has, it's probably digested and gone by now.
Spoil your dog with love but not with getting her way.

I'd be a lot more concerned about the growling and snapping than the pork bone.

    Harshness alert.

You're not a bad mom, you're a bad owner. Any dog that snaps at you when you try to take a bone away, is not trained properly, and that's the fault of the owner.

You need to train this dog so that it knows who's boss (that doesn't mean hurting the dog, it means properly training, and stop treating the dog like a human).
