    Toilet surges when tank refills and shuts off water
    I have 3 Mansfield toilets in my home, and they are surging after each flush, and when the tank refills and shuts the water off, they will surge 3 to 4 times within 5 seconds to a minute after refilling the tank??

    The Tank is NOT leaking down, so what is the problem??
