    Car reposessed
    Hi I recently bought a car from a used car place it was recently impounded by chp I wasn't driving it at the time my mother was and they put a 30 day hold on it

    Did you register and insure it?
    Did you pay the dealer to do both? I hope not.
    It would help if you tell us why the car was impounded so we aren't making wild guesses.
