How much is the going rate per sq ft on inside cleaning for post construction in DFW?
Need help to give proper quote to a construction company in Dallas/Fort Worth area on interior post construction cleaning. The square footage varies and some of the cleaning will be offices and warehouses.

There are too many variables. The main thing being how clean area has to be.
Just removing trash and broom swiped. Cleaned and ready for move in. Windows. Cost to get rid of trash. These are just a few things needed to know. Check area and guesstimate time and multiply by amount you want to make per hour. Divide by square footage. Chuck |
